Happy 2018! It’s March 13th and here is what it looks like out my back slider…this is the second snowstorm we’ve had in the past five days. Spring feels a long way off.

I am so excited to share with you that we have a new face at Maison Mass!
My friend and fabulous person, Lisa has joined the team. Lisa has a keen eye for great design and loves all things home as much as I do. She’ll be sharing some of her good taste with us going forward! Read more about Lisa here.
Like many, I am in love with all things home.
I’ve had the good fortune to work locally in the residential design industry as a marketer and strategist for nearly 15 years. I’ve been a homeowner in Massachusetts even longer and have lived through a few DIY home improvement (deck, shed) and professional remodeling (powder room, kitchen, basement) projects. Scouring the internet prepping for these undertakings, I found lots of great stuff on the large, national home improvement sites, but quickly became frustrated that not much of it was local or even relevant design-wise to the Northeast.
Through my work and personal experience, I’ve met some terrific folks that help create beautiful homes for regular people right in our own back yard and thought it would be great to create one source for all of these resources. The idea has been kicking around my brain for almost two years and I am excited to finally give it life.
Enjoy – I’d love to hear what you think!
